[needs-packaging] Winetricks

Please package the shellscript "Winetricks" as a separate package; it is really needed when using wine.

I supply a package that places Winetricks in /usr/sbin. Would be nice if we could include it.

UI-Improvements is validated by the fact that winetricks is the only easy way to turn on font anti-aliasing in wine (BADLY NEEDED in Ubuntu.)

If someone wants to, they could add a blueprint for adding debconf scripts which would run wine-tricks on install and as needed to utilize popular options either by user input or by automated triggers from other packages that need the configurations set.

Just an update on this. Winetricks is packaged in the Wine PPA.

This is recommended by the Wine package in Ubuntu Maverick, but, of course, has no installation candidate.
