Bug Description
This year Day light time saving is cancel in Asia/Tehran!
But timezone of system is not updated yet and so with every ntp sync, my clock will go wrongly one hour later.

In Redhat systems there is a file with name asia in glibc that contains rules for daylight time-saving. Where is this file in ubuntu?
