libmyth-0.18.1c2a install problems

Bug Description

When downloading and installing libmyth-0.18.1c2a....deb file, an Dependency error comes up asking user to download and install libmyth-0.18.1c2a, before continuing; the same file they are currently trying to install

libmyth-0.18.1c2a is no longer included in the mythtv package. The 0.20 release includes libmyth-0.20 which will be used instead.
