Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

Icons for removable media for mounted and unmounted state are quite similar.

The only difference is a green dot appearing on a left side of drive, when media is mounted.

I think it's better to change USB iconic picture to the green background when successfully mounted.

This will give more visual clue, especially if you have not a perfect vision :)

Also having something RED in a status bar, while it functions properly and in fact IS mounted - annoys a little bit.

Things which feel OK inside the computed should be painted in green :) things which fail - should be red.

Just a small usability issue, but I think it comes thru all the versions of the diskmounter applet

It should be feature request/wish, but I cannot find proper place to report it as a wish :)))

It's a _Human theme_ issue, not an diskmount-applet

Changed in gnome-applets (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
