Bug Description

I would be really handy if pyexiv2 could provide access to Exiv::Image::pixelWidth and Exiv::Image::pixelHeight. As things stand, I need to import PIL to get the resolution of an image, if it doesn't have any EXIF tags.

I've created the attached patch, which covers pixelWidth, pixelHeight, and mimeType. I'm new to both python and C++, so any comments would definitely be appreciated. It seems to work as expected on my system.

I didn't try it out, but had a quick look at the code itself, and it looks fine.
I'll integrate it in the 0.2 branch.
