Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please answer these questions:

 * Is this reproducible?
 * If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
 * What sort of account do you use?

 This will help us to find and resolve the problem.

Hi Sebastian,

it is possible, to reproduce this mistake, by the way, now I have four
emails which can't be deleted
(at the time when I reported this problem, the number was two).

I don't know how you can recreate this bug, but it is still in my
ubuntu.
(I am a beginner with Ubuntu, started in January 2009).

And therefore my last question: sort of account ? I use Ubuntu 9.04.

Have a nice day, Gina

The ubuntu team doesn't have the ressources to work on this specific issue but it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)

I expunged the folder but the four mails stayed.
I tried to expunge the garbage folder itself but this doesn't work.

I am using pop.
