read error in packet list

3) I expected information about my packet list, but I obtain this message error:

E: Error de lectura - read (5 Input/output error)
E: No s'han pogut analitzar o obrir les llistes de paquets o fitxer d'estat.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

4) I am not capable to actualize my software
