setup looking for mkfontdir in wrong place

Bug Description

Setting up tv-fonts (1.1-3) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/tv-fonts.postinst: line 2: /usr/X11R6/bin/mkfontdir: No such file or directory

mkfontdir has moved to /usr/bin/mkfontdir.

workaround:

sym-link from /usr/X11R6/bin/mkfontdir to /usr/bin/mkfontdir.
