Bug Description

I think that grouping all windows should only group the windows in the current windows and not across tabs too (by default).

Steps to reproduce:
- Open Terminator.
- SSH into your IRC session somewhere.
- Ctrl-T for another tab.
- Ctrl-O and Ctrl-E multiple terminals in the new tab.
- SSH into multiple hosts in the multiple terminals.
- 'Group all' them all for upgrades (password work).

Unfortunately, because the other tab is grouped by default, stuff goes there which shouldn't. Lucky I managed to check first. ;-)

I agree this is confusing and unhelpful, but I like the functionality of "Group All", so I propose that if you are in a tab, a "Group All in Tab" item appears in the menu.
