Bug Description
When installing to multiple computers using "origami deploy -u {username} -t {teamname} -p {proc}", the install does not complete. It tries to pass the -k variable which doesn't exist if no passkey is used.

pushing 0.7.1 to launchpad branch as well as upstream. passkey will now be required for network deployments.
