uploaded file is not uploaded

Bug Description

Just now I tried to create a folder and then upload a file in it trough the webinterface. When the upload was done the page refreshed but my created folder and file were gone.

This was done using the desktop client or the web interface?

I believe this problem is related to issues noted in bug 472175
