Webfav does absolutely nothing without netbook-launcher running, and does nothing *silently*

Bug Description

Hopefully, you can make webfav not depend fully on netbook-launcher (it might be of use to other apps).
Otherwise, a note that "this won't work" on click when no netbook-launcher is running would seem in order.
