Clicking on help button results in unparsable URL

If I click on the small help button (see screenshot), Firefox tries to open this url:

It opens http://boinc.berkeley.edu/manager_links.php?target=simple&version=6.12.33&controlid=6601 for me, which results in a 404 error/page.

Also, http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/ReportBugs is a 404 currently (from a Google search).

The main site reports:

So I suppose it might be fixed, once the site itself is up again.

There was some work on string copy functions why may have contributed to something.
Reopen the bug if you find this to happen past 6.13.12.
