@Bartosz
I didn't try glxgears yet.

Unfortunately I don't have frequent access to this hardware and won't be able to try your patch before two weeks.

But thanks for your help.

Hello,

I had a chance to access this computer again after the recent upgrade to Lucid.

Here are the results :

- No Xorg.conf : resolution is wrong (720x400 instead of 1680x1050) (see xorg.0.log.out-of-the-box.txt)
- Xorg.conf with vesa driver : resolution is correct (see xorg.0.log-vesa.txt)
- Xorg.conf with openchrome and "Virtual 1680 1050" : resolution is correct (see xorg.0.log-virtual.txt)

Hope it helps (I'm sorry but I can't compile drivers on this computer as it's not mine and have limited access to it).

There hasn't been any activity on this bug for a couple years. A patch was posted but AFAICT it still has not been tested.

Is this issue still relevant? If not let's close the report.
