Quanta won't install due to dependencies

Running Ubuntu 9.10 Alpha 1. Quanta 4:3.5.10-0ubuntu1 0 will not install due to unresolved dependencies. Here's the report from terminal:

or been moved out of Incoming.

Any of these three dependencies are installable by themselves.

Same here with 9.04 and kde 4.3 rc3

For me Quanta works fine in 9.04.
But in 9.10 it freeze and not useful.
I have changed to Kompozer which is as good as Quanta.
