Time Setting Crashs in Ubuntu 9.04

Bug Description

At the right corner of the screen (time and date)
then right click > Adjust date and time
Time settings window appears
then select button Set System Time, It requires to enter password.

After entering the password the time settings window just "crash" or "disappear"

I have tried many times... always the same behaviour.

Free yourself: System > menegment > (keys symbol).
Grant yourself to change time & date without password.

It isn't crashing. It actually correctly sets the time and is the intended behaviour. There is already a bug report open for the confusing behaviour.
