Bug Description
If kmail has passwords in kmail, then:
1) start kmail
2) the kwallet password prompt appears (or if you trigger download messages)
3) cancel the kwallet password prompt and "cancel it all" by clikcing do not store password
4) passwords are ERASED (wtf?!?!)
5) fail.

I think you misunderstand the use of Kdewallet:
You explicitly tell it to *not* use the passwords, which for a secure wallet just means: "do not store the password".
Hence the logic is correct, it will not store the passwords and has no other choice than to erase those.
Normal behavior IMHO.
