Bug Description
Binary package hint: amsn
Hi folks,
Something strange is happened:
I am using amsn, and i was chatting with a person, from a computer A, so while, the chatting window is active, i make a login from a computer B. Now computer A say something like "you are disconnected, cause another computer has made login", and seems amsn, from computer A, is completely offline. But it's not so, cause if i continue to write in the chatting window, my message will be sended , and i'll continue to get the answers, altough the amsn connection is active on computer B.
If computer B open the chatting window with the same person, in the computer A i can continue to send more messages, but now the answers, will arrive only on the computer B.
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
