Bug Description
I'm informed that the scrollkeeper package is installed in UNR rather than rarian-compat.
This has led to quite a few crasher bugs as scrollkeeper (which is evil) bails out on ubuntu-docs upgrades.

Installing rarian-compat, as Ubuntu has done for a couple of releases now, should solve this issue.
