Leaving and returning to the emblems tab in the proporty window makes the scroll return to 0

When in the emblems tab of the file properties window. If I scroll down the list and leave the window and come back, the scroll goes back to the top.

Yes it is reproducible.
I did give the instructions.
I am using Jaunty. 9.04.
One thing they may be good to point out is that I am using the on hover focus feature.

you just mean that the emblem tab scroll position is not stored? would that really be useful?
