Binary package hint: kipina

Please sync kipina (0.2.2-1) from Debian unstable, all Ubuntu changes are merged on Debian. Differences between the 2 packages ca be explain :
- debian/install was re-added in Debian to install kipina.xpm, it was done with the debian/rules in Ubuntu
- Moving file to /etc instead of /usr/etc is done in Debian by configure flag instead of debian/rules in Ubuntu

It builds fine with a karmic pbuilder.
