Provide access to the hardware database submissions

The hardware database submissions are all stored in the Librarian. We should provide a list of links so the data can be retrieved by users who wish to inspect or analyze it.

On the launchpad page for checkbox https://launchpad.net/checkbox there are some answers, including https://answers.launchpad.net/checkbox/+question/26749 which points out

and people interested in this bug might also want to make comments on Bug 398889 which suggests checkbox could display or link to prior hwdb reports as new ones are being submitted.

LP results does this; the UI for that may migrate into the LP core at some point, but it isn't a thing we consider a defect.
