Make JP2 creation information available via helioviewer.org

There should be some way to access the JP2 creation information via J/helioviewer.org. Perhaps the "contact" and "institute" HV tags should be made available somehow. I will also include JP2 layer, bitrate, etc information in the HV tags from now on. Perhaps this can be included in the FITS header information box; the first set of tags are the FITS tags, then there is a dividing line and a title "JP2 information", followed by the contents of the HV tags.
