Bookmarks and security

Firefox 3.0.10 on Jaunty.

When adding a bookmark with the option to always erase personnal information (edition menu, options, private life - a guess, since my system is not in english), the bookmark added during the session will be erased when closing Firefox.

This is not a wanted option - If I choose to add a bookmark, I want this bookmark to be conserved, but I still want the personnal information to be wiped out (history, cookies, etc.)

Can you please give the exact steps to reproduce. With the steps provided can not be found.
do you happen to have any bookmark extensions?
Can you please list all add-ons extensions themes and versions and where you got them

Not sure anymore about the way to reproduce.

When I posted, disabling the "Auto-clean when logging out" option seemed
to clear the problem, but after a couple ou days, the problem is back
again, with the option disabled.

Adding Bookmarks seems to work fine, until I try to classify them under
a precise "folder".

The bug seems very random, but more than half the time, the added
bookmark is gone when restarting Firefox.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.
