This looks to be a duplicate of bug 269539 so I am marking it as such. Unfortunately I was unable to verify completely since I could not open VarLogDistupgrade200905140838.gz that was attached. If you feel this was marked as a duplicate inappropriately, feel free to undup. Thanks.
