Missing packages in jaunty needed for LOUD

The following packages are required by LOUD but do not exist in jaunty:
g77 - required by loud-cs310
xclips - required by loud-cs310
lapack3 - required by loud-research
refblas3 - required by loud-research

g77 can be replaced by gfortran, so that one's easy.
xclips is not available, but clips is, meaning they may just be behind on porting to universe.
Same for lapack3 and refblas3.

I updated the following in my branch:

g77 - changed to gfortran
xclips - changed to clips
lapack3 - changed to liblapack3gf
refblas3 - changed to libblas3gf

I'm pretty sure that the naming convention simply changed with lapack and blas. Lapack is a linear algebra library, and blas stands for basic linear algebra subroutines.

These changes allow loud-desktop to be installed. Currently installing, will let you know how the testing goes.
