Bug Description
At the end of the installation, espresso generated the locales de-*, en-*, fr-*, and zh-* after removing lang-pack-bn-base, after it is finished, it removes the en, fr and zh- lang-packs, so the generation was pretty useless.

This is really a bug in the language packs. They don't need to regenerate those locales.
