firefox Attachement upload hanging after last update two days ago

I expected finishing the upload of a file to be attached correctly

The "upload is running" message is shown, but nothing happens. No upload.

This started to happen after the last system-update two days ago. The small upload window looks different than before. Adobe Flash Player 9,0,159,0 installed

I'm using Firefox.
