Bug Description
Binary package hint: cups
The version of the package libcups2-dev in karmic is 1.3.9-17ubuntu1, lower than the version in jaunty-update (1.3.9-17ubuntu3). Due to this i failed to automatically install libcups2-dev since i previously upgraded from jaunty with libcups2 yet installed. I had to manually download the higher libcups2-dev from packages.
