Bug Description
I ran "apport-collect 367821" to send in a report on that bug, I was presented with a firefox window asking me to choose which access level to give apport. I thought "read everything" would be enough for it to work. Apparently it wasn't, I then thought I could revoke the right and redo the process(since I did not see any change button(?)). But now it doesn't present me with a window any more and I can't find settings to change it anywhere. Please point out how to solve this, or maybe it's not in which case it should be fixed imo.

removing user/.cache/ apport/ launchpad. credentials
/home/~
solves the problem:
when apport-collect is run again, it will prompt you again with the website, thus allowing you to change the revoked permission.
