Opening a OpenOffice file from a system:/ location in KDE does not work

Bug Description

I have several OpenOffice-compatible formats loaded on an external hard drive, which is given the url system:/media/sda1 by KDE. When I try to open these files from Konqueror, OpenOffice loads, then gives me an error message stating "/media/sda1/..../file.doc does not exist." This a regression from earlier build of Dapper, where opening a file from the system:/ kio-slave in Konqueror would open in OpenOffice properly.
