unable to set upload rate limit

Bug Description

Go to Edit > Preferences and then enable the "Limit Upload Rate per Torrent to:" setting.

Set the text field to any number, restart Freeloader, and it's set back down to 0.

This setting should be persistent across restarts of the application, and the application should honor this setting.

Does this feature even work? For me it doesn't, the speed limit isn't respected.

Same problem as described ...
The only workaround I found was to open Freeloader, then change settings and after having set my upload limit, then launch the first torrent ... Whenever the client is closed, then the settings come back to 0.
