Bug Description

Former KARL Members Display as an X rather then their photo or default image when viewing community members page. Screen shot is attached.

The user's export created 0 length photo files for some users, which was causing this problem. I've updated the import script to ignore 0 length photo files, so after the next import you will see the stock shadow outline image.
