Bug Description
Once the fix for bug 375137 has landed, we should add an overlay to the +filebug dupe finder. This overlay will appear when a person clicks on the "yes, this is my bug" button. The overlay will inform them that the bug will be marked as affecting them and give them the option to subscribe if they want to.
