Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
When I upgraded to Ubuntu 9.04 I lost sound when playing flash and other streaming video on firefox and Konqueror, (latest releases). I also get no sound when I try to play .mp3s or .wav files through a variety of media players. When I test the sound card it works. Sound is also produced when I reboot the computer. Further, if I reboot in gnome the sound is working fine.

Assigning to flash however i think this is more of a KDE app problem than Firefox. However, gnome-support installed?
Do you have firefox-
Yes it works for KDE as well in a lot of cases.
Wont know till you try it :)
