Bug Description

With two locations works fine. I can change them without any problems. But when I add the third location then proxy manager does not store it properly. I have three locations: default without proxy, work with a http proxy and a third one with a socks proxy. When choosing the third one it configures the proxy of the work in all the proxies (not only in http as in work configuration).

Could you paste result of
$ gconftool-2 -a /system/http_proxy
after setting proxy to each location?

Follow this steps to reproduce it:
- Leave the default connection with Direct Internet Connection
- Create a location named "test" with an http proxy and select "Use the same proxy for all protocols"
- Create a third location with a socks proxy without the option "Use the same proxy for all protocols"

Now when changing from the "test" location to the third location the proxy configuration changes erratically.

Jairo.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. A new version of GNOME Control Center is available on Maverick and we are wondering if this bug is still an issue for you with that version? Could you please test and comment back? Thanks in advance.
