epiphany downloading to /tmp instead of Desktop

Bug Description
Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
Despite of being Desktop the default download location in Hardy and Intrepid, with Jaunty epiphany has come back to downloading to /tmp.
That is quite annoying, because the user isn't told where the downloaded file is being saved. Besides that, /tmp content is deleted at boot up, so that every downloaded file is lost at reboot.
