Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
I'm trying to use network manager to connect to the internet via a Treo 700wx with Verizon. I've added a configuration for it under the "Mobile Broadband" tab of "Edit Connections...". When I plug in the phone with the modem link enabled, network manager doesn't give me an option to connect via it. The output of dmesg shows the phone connecting:
[11574.304144] usb 5-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 41
[11574.483487] usb 5-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
[11574.489200] ipaq 5-2:1.0: PocketPC PDA converter detected
[11574.491543] usb 5-2: PocketPC PDA converter now attached to ttyUSB0
(Note: In order to get that to show up I had to manually load the ipaq module: `$ sudo modprobe ipaq vendor=0x045e product=0x0079`. I got that suggestion from http://
