want a way to cleanup versioned-but-ignored files

Bug Description
Users report from time to time they have ignored files and are surprised they're still versioned.
I think the current behaviour of versioned-

Surely the users getting confused are precisely those that won't know to
add such options?
So perhaps:
- note that they won't be unversioned (we already do I believe)
- but also output a command they can run to unversion those files.
