Button to delete a release is confusing

Bug Description

The new unified ProductRelease:+index view has two delete links:

 - One next to the page title, with title "Delete this release", which links to the milestone, warns that the release will be deleted too, and deletes both.
 - One next to the release date, with title "Delete this release", which links to the release, and deletes just the release.

That a release is a separate database object shouldn't be exposed in the UI; what I really want to do is unrelease the milestone - the (-) icon is probably better than the current one.

The milestone delete link should also have a better title ("Delete this milestone"), to make it more obvious what the difference between the two is.

It looks like the heading delete link was a very sloppy copy from the old release template. The suggested fixes makes sense.
