Bug Description

Hi,

I have a MSI MP54G2 MiniPCI WiFi card in my laptop that uses the RT2500 chipset. Dapper will not connect to my router/access point if the WiFi channel on the router is set to either channel 12 (2.467GHz) and 13 (2.472GHz).

A bit of research and I found this post that might resolve the issue -

It would be nice to see this resolve in Dapper as a lot of people will set thier channel number high on their router to avoid interferance with other wireless devices.

Hi Swinster - Is this still a problem for you? Have you tried Edgy, to see if the problem has been resolved?
