upgrade fails

With approx. 1220 out of 1292 files fetched the upgrade to 'jaunty jackalope' stopped and there has been no indication of it reasuming. Nothing in upgrades or updates. Is there a problem in the upgrade???
Is there a timeframe as to when the Upgrade will continue??

I do not know how to get that information and the upgrade closed while I
was out of the room,so nothing to learn that way,sorry.
