Qt ruby bindings should not depend on KDE

Bug Description

When I try to install libqt4-ruby it pulls in a lot of KDE packages. This is because libqt4-ruby1.8 depends on libsmokekde4-2. If this is really a Qt binding and not a KDE one it should just depend on libsmokeqt4-2 and not libsmokekde4-2. If it really does need it then perhaps the package should be renamed or something. A person should be able to install Qt bindings without any KDE libraries.
