Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdepimlibs5-dev
If I try to install kdepimlibs5-dev with the 4.2.3 PPA packages for Jaunty, I get the following error:
The following packages have unmet dependencies.
kdepimlibs5-dev: Depends: libical-dev but it is not going to be installed
When manually trying to install libical-dev, I get the following error:
The following packages have unmet dependencies.
libical-dev: Depends: libical0 (= 0.43-2) but 0.43-2ubuntu1~

If you're running Jaunty you should have libical 0.4.3-2ubuntu1 installed. Dunno where you got that intrepid PPA version from
