update-manager doesn't update from 8.04 to 9.04

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

Can't update from 8.04 to 9.04. Maybe a similar bug as #236583??? I did apt-get update and apt-get upgrade just before.

It seems that reinstalling the three packages metioned in my apt.log solved the problem:
* libkipi0
* gwenview
* kphotoalbum
