Envelope Printing - Text cuts off

I am trying to print on invitation sized envelopes (4 3/8 x 5 3/4) and everything is great except it is cutting off the address of the addressee at 3.5". I have checked my margins, I have checked my paper size. I did not create this as an envelope, but as a custom paper size (Format = User). I have 55 envelopes to print, otherwise I'd just hand write them. I'd switch over and use Microsoft, but I don't want to because I like Open Office! Hope there is an easy solution to this - thanks in advance for any help!

I should mention that I am trying to print to an Epson Stylus CX5400.

Which version of Ubuntu and OOo are you using? Also does printing to file instead of the printer show the envelope correctly?
