Bug Description

After seeing that two Brasero updates have been released, I thought the checksum error would be fixed. So I burnt a DVD today. After Brasero finished burning the DVD, it checked the integrity of the DVD for infinity. When I pressed cancel, surprisingly I got - the DVD burnt successfully. The checksum problem seems only partially fixed.

I have attached the debug log, and it seems that it's the same checksum error :(

Thanks for your report, could you run brasero from the command line as: brasero --brasero-media-debug &> brasero-debug.txt perform the operation to reproduce the bug and attach the resulting file to the report?. Any chance to test the same with growisofs instead of wodim ? Thanks in advance

Here is the attachment that you have requested. If you provide me some command line instructions, I'll try growisofs.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release the Karmic Koala. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help.
