virtualbox deploy script syntax errors

Bug Description
The template for the deploy script has a few syntax errors:
* Declaring a shell variable whithout whitspaces around the "="
* If we whant the bash as interpreter we should set it at the shebang
* We use a Cheetah complex expressions whith #echo as value for a shell variable so the closing "#" char should be inside the the double quotes
