Studios alternate installers checkdisk dont work on an USB-stick

If ubuntustudio-9.04-alternate-amd64.iso is booted from an USB-stick and the "Check CD for errors" is chosen, the cd-checker runs an interactive infinite loop where its trying to locate the dev/sr0 that isn't there...
