Bug Description
Hello I Have been an Ubuntu user since gibbon I would like to know three simple answers:
1. Why do users of launchpad not receive feedback on the troubles that they report? I have listed several issues that I have had and always get feedback on linuxquestions.org but rarely here.
2. Why are users not refered to competent sources when given a solution. The few times I have received a response it was so vague or not a competent answer altogether. This is very frustrating and provides a terrible user experience.
3. When solutions are discovered why are they not given to the people who have submitted questions or bugs? Sometimes I find the solution that works listed in an unrelated category or my question is lumped into another group which might not be related to the original question or bug.
I understand there are many issues and many bugs discussed in launchpad. But if a user files a bug report there should be a data trail. This in such the reporter should be able to get the solution.
Any comments suggested good bad or indifferent
